Job Description

The Private Client Solicitor will be:

  • Managing a varied caseload of private client matters from inception through to completion.
  • Advising clients on wills, trusts, powers of attorney, executries, estate planning and incapacity matters.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service and practical legal advice.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues while providing guidance and support where appropriate.
  • Contributing to the continued growth and success of a highly regarded private client practice.



The Successful Applicant

The Private Client Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in private client law.
  • Experienced in handling wills, powers of attorney, trusts, executries and estate planning matters.
  • Comfortable managing their own caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Skilled at building relationships and delivering outstanding client service.
  • A strong team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • STEP qualified or working towards qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
