Job Description

Legal Knowledge Management

  • Develop and maintain precedents, templates, practice notes, and guidance materials tailored to the practice area.
  • Ensure knowledge resources remain current, accurate, and accessible.



Training & Development

  • Design and deliver legal and technical training sessions for fee‑earners, trainees, and clients.
  • Support the ongoing professional development of the team.



Legal Research & Updates

  • Monitor legislative and case law developments.
  • Provide clear analysis and strategic guidance on how changes impact the practice and clients.
  • Circulate timely updates across the team.



Business Development Support

  • Draft client alerts, articles, and marketing content.
  • Support pitch materials and contribute to client presentations.



Collaboration & Innovation

  • Work closely with partners, associates, and the firm's Knowledge team.
  • Promote efficient working practices and encourage adoption of legal technology tools.



Thought Leadership

  • Produce high‑quality commentary and insight on emerging trends and developments within the private client and tax space.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications & Experience

  • Qualified solicitor or barrister with 5-8 years' PQE.
  • Strong technical expertise in private client law.
  • Experience in a PSL, academic, or training‑focused role is beneficial but not essential.
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Strong organisational and project‑management capabilities.
  • Ability to distil complex issues into clear, concise guidance.
