Job Description

The Paralegal will play a key role supporting a busy private equity transactions team on a wide range of corporate matters. Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting on cross-border M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and minority investments
  • Supporting deal execution processes, including due diligence, document management and drafting ancillary documents
  • Coordinating signing and completion processes, including managing checklists and closing bibles
  • Conducting legal research and preparing internal summaries and client-facing materials
  • Liaising with fee earners, clients and international counsel across multiple jurisdictions
  • Supporting corporate governance and general company secretarial matters
  • Maintaining transaction documentation and data rooms to a high standard



This role offers significant exposure to high-value transactions and the opportunity to work alongside leading private equity lawyers on complex deals.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Previous paralegal experience in corporate, M&A or private equity (law firm preferred)
  • Strong academic background with a law degree or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
  • A proactive and team-oriented approach
  • Interest in private equity and cross-border transactions
