The London team works closely with international offices to advise leading private equity sponsors, corporates and management teams on sophisticated, high-value deals across sectors such as healthcare, AI and technology, earning a reputation for exceptional client service and responsiveness.Job DescriptionThe Paralegal will play a key role supporting a busy private equity transactions team on a wide range of corporate matters.
