Job Description

As Procurement Manager you will be reporting into the Head of Procurement, duties will include:

  • Working across a variety of indirect categories, managing a total spend of £100m+
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
  • Lead supplier selection processes including RFI/RFP/tender activities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends to inform purchasing decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure procurement strategies support operational priorities.
  • Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Procurement Manager should have:

  • Proven expertise in procurement and supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and make strategic decisions.
  • Knowledge of procurement policies, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Full tender management experience.
