Job Description

  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap within the technology department.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritise requirements for product development.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.
  • Analyse and report on product performance to inform future enhancements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product-related queries and decisions.
  • Ensure alignment between product goals and organisational objectives within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Maintain a clear and organised product backlog, ensuring tasks are prioritised effectively.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks during the product development lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Owner should have:

  • Proven experience in product management or ownership in a technology-focused environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • A track record of delivering impactful solutions within the not-for-profit sector is desirable.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
