Production Manager

Based in Walsall, we are looking for a highly motivated Production Manager to oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, exceptional product quality, and effective resource management. • Leading, motivating, and supporting production staff to drive strong team performance.
• Identifying and resolving production issues, taking proactive corrective action where needed.
