Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support across multiple projects and workstreams.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, action logs, and project documentation.
  • Monitor project timelines and assist with tracking progress against key milestones.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and document management systems.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and briefing papers.
  • Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting activities.



The Successful Applicant

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or project support role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Experience working within higher education, the public sector, or a similarly complex organisation.
  • Knowledge of project management principles or methodologies.
