Job Description

The Projects Solicitor will be:* Advising on a broad range of energy, infrastructure and projects work

* Working on major transport projects including rail and franchising

* Working on rolling stock procurement matters

* Handling PFI and PPP project work

* Advising on major energy and utilities projects

* Assisting high-profile Partners on complex transactions

* Building strong client relationships across multiple sectors

  • * Collaborating with colleagues across national and international teams

The Successful Applicant

The Projects Solicitor should be:* A solicitor with ideally 1 to 3 years PQE

* Experienced or interested in projects, infrastructure or energy work

* Commercially aware with strong analytical skills

* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

* A strong communicator with excellent drafting skills

  • Ties to Leeds
