The team advises on both investment and development financing across a wide range of asset classes including commercial, residential, rural estates, hotels, student accommodation, and build-to-rent schemes. Known for their deep sector knowledge and pragmatic approach, they support both lenders and borrowers in navigating complex transactions with clarity and commercial insight.

Job Description

We're looking for a 5+ PQE Banking Lawyer with solid Real Estate Finance experience to join on a 3-month fixed-term contract. You'll be working on a mix of lender and borrower-side transactions, with the autonomy to run matters independently and the flexibility to support the wider team when needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years PQE in Banking Law, with a focus on Real Estate Finance.
  • Experience advising both lenders and borrowers.
  • Immediate availability or max 1 week's notice.
  • Comfortable working 2-3 days/week in the Baker Street office, with remote flexibility.
  • Confident in working independently
