Job Description

The Real Estate Lawyer (Energy & Natural Resources) will be:

  • Advising on renewable energy and wider energy‑related property matters, including wind, solar, battery and hydrogen projects.
  • Handling acquisitions, disposals, development matters, and portfolio/asset management for energy sector clients.
  • Supporting major energy infrastructure developments and project development work.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and contributing to team growth through business development activity.

The Successful Applicant

The Real Estate Lawyer (Energy & Natural Resources) should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 1+ years' PQE in real estate.
  • Experienced in development projects, ideally with exposure to the energy sector or wider commercial property.
  • Strong in drafting, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
  • Enthusiastic about developing specialist expertise within energy‑focused real estate work.
