Job Description

The Real Estate Partner will be:* Leading on complex commercial property matters including development and investment work

* Advising a broad client base including developers, investors, and corporate occupiers

* Driving business development and expanding the firm's real estate offering in Leeds

* Managing and mentoring junior lawyers within the team

* Building and maintaining strong client relationships

* Collaborating with other departments on cross-disciplinary matters

* Contributing to the strategic growth of the Leeds office

  • * Handling high-value transactions from instruction to completion

The Successful Applicant

The Real Estate Partner should be:* A Partner working in commercial property

* Currently operating at Partner level or Director level within a reputable firm

* Able to demonstrate a strong client following and referral network

* Experienced in development, investment, and occupier work

* Commercially minded with a track record of business development

* A strong leader with the ability to mentor and grow a team

  • * Well-connected within the regional property market
