It is also known for fostering an inclusive culture that values diversity, equity, sustainability and flexible working.Job DescriptionRespond to technical legal queries from fee earners.Monitor legal developments and conduct legal research.Produce client briefings, thought leadership and legal updates.Design and deliver training programmes for both internal and external audiences.Draft, update and automate precedents and template documents.Create and maintain practice guidance and know-how materials.Manage relationships with third-party knowledge suppliers.Identify and help mitigate legal and operational risk issues.Support innovation and legal technology projects.Work closely with lawyers across the practice to understand market developments and evolving client expectations.The Successful ApplicantYou will be an England & Wales qualified Real Estate lawyer or an experienced Practice Development Lawyer with a strong track record of creating, developing and maintaining legal know-how resources.
