Job Description

The Real Estate Principal Associate will be:* Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters

* Advising on development, investment, and occupier work

* Acting for high profile clients across retail and logistics sectors

* Working on complex and high value transactions

* Mentoring and supervising junior fee earners

* Playing a role in business development initiatives

* Building and maintaining strong client relationships

* Collaborating with colleagues across practice areas

The Successful Applicant

The Real Estate Principal Associate should be:* A solicitor with around 8-12 years PQE in real estate

* Experienced in handling complex commercial property matters including investment and development work

* Commercially minded with strong client management skills

* Passionate about mentoring and developing junior lawyers

* Skilled in business development and networking
