Job Description

You will support the Real Estate team by producing, managing and enhancing legal knowledge and resources, ensuring lawyers remain up to date with legal and market developments. The role also involves delivering training, creating thought leadership content and contributing to strategic initiatives including legal tech and process improvement.Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing articles, briefings and thought leadership
  • Monitoring legal and market developments
  • Developing and maintaining precedents and templates
  • Delivering training and technical guidance
  • Supporting knowledge systems and tools
  • Collaborating with colleagues to drive innovation and best practice



The Successful Applicant

  • UK-qualified lawyer (or equivalent experience) with strong Real Estate expertise
  • Significant experience in private practice (c.7 years+)
  • Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
  • Skilled at communicating complex legal issues clearly
  • Interest in knowledge management, training or legal innovation
  • Organised, collaborative and adaptable approach
  • Confident using legal tech and digital tools
