The firm offers access to complex, high-value work, a collegiate culture and a clear focus on helping its people achieve their long-term career ambitions while maintaining an excellent work-life balance.Job DescriptionThe Real Estate Renewables Solicitor will be:Advising clients on the property aspects of renewable energy projects including wind, solar, battery storage and hydro developments.Negotiating and drafting a variety of agreements relating to renewable energy schemes and associated land rights.Supporting clients on acquisitions, disposals, refinancing transactions and compulsory purchase matters.Building and maintaining trusted client relationships, acting as a key adviser on strategic land and property issues.Working closely with colleagues across multiple legal disciplines to deliver integrated and commercially focused advice.The Successful ApplicantThe Real Estate Renewables Solicitor should be:A solicitor or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years' PQE within real estate or renewables law.Experienced in the Scottish property aspects of renewable energy projects.Commercially aware with strong technical property law expertise.Confident managing a varied caseload and working with a degree of autonomy.A strong communicator with excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.Organised, detail-oriented and capable of handling sensitive and confidential matters.Interested in developing specialist expertise within the renewables sector and progressing their long-term career.What's on OfferThis is an opportunity to join a highly respected firm with an established presence in the renewables sector and a reputation for developing outstanding lawyers.
