Job Description

The Real Estate Solicitor will get involved in a range of work including;

  • Providing expert legal advice on real estate matters to clients including landlord and tenant, development and sales and acquisitions.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and other property-related documents.
  • Advising clients across a range of sectors including energy and retail.
  • Working with Partners on larger transactions.
  • Mentoring junior team members
  • Getting involved in business development.



The Successful Applicant

The successful Real Estate Solicitor should have / be;

  • A Solicitor likely to be around 5 years PQE plus
  • Proven experience in handling a variety of real estate transactions and matters.
  • Ties to Leeds
  • Likely to be working for a regional, national or international law firm
