Job Description

The Real Estate Solicitor will be:

  • Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, leasing and asset management transactions.
  • Managing a varied commercial real estate caseload with appropriate levels of autonomy.
  • Supporting senior lawyers and partners on complex and high-value transactions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
  • Contributing to the continued growth and success of the real estate practice.

The Successful Applicant

The Real Estate Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor with 1-6 years' PQE, ideally within commercial real estate.
  • Experienced in handling commercial property transactions and client matters.
  • Commercially aware with strong technical legal skills.
  • Able to manage competing priorities and work effectively to deadlines.
  • A confident communicator with excellent client care and relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
