Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will build trusted relationships with clients and candidates, delivering high quality recruitment solutions in a fast paced, commercial environment. This is a role where curiosity is encouraged, performance is recognised, and progression is based on merit.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Winning and growing client relationships through proactive business development and consultative account management.

Attracting, assessing and engaging top candidates through targeted sourcing and networking.

Building expertise in your market and developing a specialism.

Working closely with a high‑performing team, sharing knowledge and driving results together.

Owning your activity and keeping data accurate and up to date in Salesforce.

The Successful Applicant

Who we're looking for:

  • Sales professionals with at least 12 months' experience and strong transferable skills.
