Job Description

  • Partner with the regulatory legal team and central Knowledge & Innovation function to identify needs and deliver new knowledge products and services
  • Curate, maintain and improve high‑quality know‑how, including precedents, playbooks, workflows and automated content
  • Enhance and optimise AI and knowledge tools by:
  • Designing and refining prompts
  • Improving search and usability through metadata and taxonomy
  • Supporting document automation initiatives
  • Contribute to AI pilots and adoption projects, ensuring tools complement legal expertise rather than replace it
  • Apply product thinking to KM solutions, including roadmaps, user testing, feedback loops and usage analytics
  • Promote collaboration, reuse and innovation within the regulatory team
  • Work closely with PSLs and Knowledge Managers across the firm to support cross‑practice initiatives and shared KM standards

The Successful Applicant

Essential

  • Experience in a law firm environment, ideally with exposure to regulation or regulatory‑focused knowledge work
  • Strong grounding in knowledge management principles (curation, taxonomy, governance)
  • Hands‑on interest in AI‑enabled legal tools and their interaction with curated content
  • Experience with templates, precedents, workflows and digital KM platforms
  • Product‑focused mindset with experience of iterative development and evaluation
  • Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
