Job Description

  • Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion.
  • Handling freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and new-build matters.
  • Delivering a high standard of client care and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents, brokers, and other stakeholders.
  • Assisting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the property team.
  • Working with colleagues to ensure efficient matter progression and positive client outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

The Residential Conveyancer should be:

  • A solicitor, legal executive, licensed conveyancer, or equivalent with 4+ years' PQE.
  • Experienced in managing a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Commercially aware with strong client relationship management skills.
  • Highly organised and able to manage priorities effectively.
  • A clear communicator with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
