Job Description

  • Support recruitment consultants in sourcing and identifying suitable candidates for various roles.
  • Utilise job boards, databases, and social media platforms to attract talent.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication throughout the process.
  • Ensure all candidate information is accurately documented and updated in internal systems.
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for future requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team as required.
  • Deliver excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Resourcer should have:
