The company operates within the Wholesale electrial equipment and powertool industry and is based in Epping.

Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into sales.
  • Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns promptly.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports as required.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Support the team with other sales-related tasks as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Executive should have:

  • Experience in sales or account management, ideally in the electrical and mechanical retail & Wholesale industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • An enthusiastic and proactive approach to sales.

What's on Offer

  • Salary between £40,000 and £50,000, dependent on the level of experience.
  • 15-20% commission structure
  • Office-based role with a 5:30pm finish and 5pm finish on Fridays.
  • 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
  • Permanent position with opportunities to grow within the company.
