Job Description

  • Own and drive performance of the baby product category across key UK accounts
  • Develop and execute category growth strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and stakeholders
  • Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Lead forecasting, promotional planning, and product launches within the category
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product teams to ensure alignment and execution
  • Negotiate pricing, promotions, and commercial terms to maximise revenue and profitability
  • Deliver regular performance reporting and insights to senior stakeholders



The Successful Applicant

  • An ambitious and commercially minded professional with experience in account management, category management, or sales within consumer goods or retail. Experience within the baby category or a similar customer-focused sector is highly advantageous.
  • You combine strategic thinking with strong execution, are highly analytical, and confident using data to drive decisions. With excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, you are comfortable influencing both internal teams and external partners.
  • Organised, proactive, and results-driven, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to take the next step into a broader, more strategic role.
