The London office of this international professional services organisation is now looking for an an experienced Italian speaking Accounting Manager.
  • Fluency in Italian, both written and spoken, is required.

This organisation provides support to companies and multinational groups on accounting, tax, and legal matters. It was established over 40 years ago and is currently one of the leading independent firms in Italy. The division that operates in the accounting & finance sector is now looking for a Senior Accounting Manager for the London office.

Job Description

The selected Accounting Manager will support customers by carrying out the following activities:

  • Management of administrative and accounting obligations
  • Recording, verification and analysis of accounting data relating to the active cycle, liabilities, treasury and personnel costs
  • Preparation of financial statements in UK GAAP, IAS/IFRS, and US GAAP, as well as budgets, reporting, and consolidated financial statements, both at national and international level, including the conversion of group accounting principles to local standards and vice versa
  • Preparation of all declarations and communications required by current tax legislation
  • Management of payments, schedule checks, collections and reminders
  • Active and passive invoicing
  • Budgeting and forecasting activities.



The Successful Applicant

  • A recognised qualification in accounting.
  • Considerable accounting experience gained in an accountancy practice.
  • Fluency in Italian, both written and spoken.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage and guide a team of accounting professionals.
  • Experience with financial reporting and compliance in the professional services industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex financial scenarios.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
