Job Description

  • Oversee and maintain accurate Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and collection activity.
  • Perform detailed reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
  • Produce receivables reporting for internal stakeholders, supporting wider financial reporting requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve complex payment and billing issues.
  • Maintain robust documentation and audit trails.
  • Support month-end and year-end close activities.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance control, efficiency, and data quality.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate must have:

  • 4+ years' experience within Financial Services, with strong Accounts Receivable and technical accounting exposure
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and accounting standards
  • Proven ability to work accurately and proactively in a fast-paced, international environment
