Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsImmediate Start Opportunity6- week temporary roleAbout Our ClientA not-for-profit organisation based in Oldham.Job DescriptionMonitor the performance of contracts to ensure quality, compliance, and value for money.Review administrative processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Identify and escalate data quality issues promptly, ensuring appropriate actions are taken to mitigate risks and maintain statutory compliance.Take responsibility for delivering a comprehensive administrative support service to the team.Undertake general office duties as required, including filing, typing, processing post, arranging meetings, and maintaining records.Develop, maintain, and monitor systems, registers, records, and databases to ensure the accurate input, storage, retrieval, and reporting of data.Promote effective communication across offices, departments, external customers, and stakeholders.Produce accurate correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes to a high professional standard.Support the achievement of individual, team, and organisational objectives through effective administration and collaboration.The Successful ApplicantEssential Criteria:Proven experience of working to deadlines and achieving targets.Strong customer service experience with a customer-focused approach.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Ability to effectively organise and prioritise workload, working methodically and using own initiative.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Technically proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.Demonstrates behaviours and values aligned with the Guinness Behaviours framework.Desirable Criteria:Knowledge of the Social Housing and Care sectors.Experience of producing reports and managing data effectively.Experience of training or supporting colleagues in the use of systems and processes.Ability to interpret and communicate management information clearly to a range of stakeholdersWhat's on OfferPermanent equivalent salary of £29,897.6-week Temporary contract offering flexibility.Opportunity to contribute to a meaningful not-for-profit organisation.Full time 35 hours per week.If you're interested in this role, apply now.People are at the heart of Michael Page.
