Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and report on internal audits across various business functions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports for management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor risk management processes and highlight potential risks to the organisation.
  • Provide insights to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance.
  • Support the development and implementation of audit frameworks and methodologies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Auditor should have:

  • Professional qualifications in accounting or auditing (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Proven experience in internal or external auditing, ideally within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of audit methodologies and risk management principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and compliance standards.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
