Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within Enterprise clients £1m+ size deals (needed)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements in line with company policies.
  • Regularly report on sales performance and provide insights for future planning.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior BDM should have:

  • A proven track record in business development within Insurance.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
