By shaping the conversation within its sectors, it enables clients to unlock growth, protect innovation, and accelerate their ambitions.Job DescriptionIn this senior role, you will:Act as a key liaison between UK partners and the US Conflicts team, supporting the resolution of conflicts under ABA rules and clearly explaining regulatory requirements where neededConduct substantive analysis of conflicts search results in line with ethical rules and firm policies, proposing clear and pragmatic resolutionsReview both standard and non standard engagement letters and draft conflict waivers and consents as requiredIdentify when ethical walls are required, prepare supporting documentation and escalate matters appropriately.The Successful ApplicantA successful Senior Conflicts Analyst should have:A degree or equivalent qualification with strong academic performanceProven experience handling ABA conflicts within a corporate or professional services environmentA strong working knowledge of applying both ABA and SRA professional conduct rulesExcellent analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skillsConfidence exercising sound judgement and making well reasoned decisionsExceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage complex matters accuratelyStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholdersWhat's on OfferHybrid workingHoliday (Our basic annual holiday entitlement starts at 25 days)Enhanced Maternity and Paternity leaveThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Conflicts Analyst.
