Job Description

  • Provide expert advice on employment tax matters to a diverse client portfolio.
  • Manage and deliver employment tax advisory projects to meet client expectations.
  • Identify tax planning opportunities and provide innovative solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with current employment tax legislation and regulations.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term collaborations.
  • Support and mentor junior staff members in the tax department.
  • Stay updated on changes in employment tax laws and their implications for clients.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Employment Tax Manager should have:

  • Proven expertise in employment tax within the professional services sector.
  • ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex tax legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results.
