Job Description

  • Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
  • Support audits and liaise with auditors to provide necessary documentation.
  • Develop financial models to evaluate business performance and opportunities.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Finance Analyst should have:

  • A strong background in accounting or finance, ideally within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with financial systems and reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
