This is a commercially focused Senior FP&A Analyst role responsible for developing financial models, forecasts and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making and improve business performance. You'll work closely with senior finance stakeholders, providing insight into profitability, cash flow, investment decisions and long-term financial planning.

Job Description

  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts and long-range plans.
  • Produce scenario and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Analyse financial performance to identify risks, opportunities and areas to improve profitability.
  • Deliver cash flow forecasting, expenditure analysis and commercial insights.
  • Build models to assess projects, investments and new business opportunities.
  • Improve forecasting accuracy, reporting processes and financial planning tools.
  • Work closely with senior finance stakeholders to provide clear, actionable financial insight

The Successful Applicant

  • Fully or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
  • Strong experience within FP&A, commercial finance, forecasting and financial modelling.
  • Advanced Excel skills, ideally with exposure to Power BI, SQL or ERP systems.
  • Experience building integrated three-statement financial models.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear commercial insights.
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
