Job Description

  • Partner with business units to provide financial guidance and strategic input.
  • Prepare and analyse financial reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Monitor budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending solutions.
  • Lead financial planning and analysis activities to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive cost efficiency and profitability improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A strong background in financial planning, analysis and business partnering.
  • Experience working within the Technology & Telecoms industry is desirable.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A recognised accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
