Job Description

The Senior Investor Relations Manager will;

  • Build, maintain, and interpret three‑statement financial models, including scenario analysis and sensitivities.
  • Analyse and synthesise equity analyst consensus, models, and forecasts; identify discrepancies and inform messaging.
  • Engage directly with institutional investors, equity research analysts, and broader capital markets stakeholders.
  • Prepare high‑quality IR materials: press releases, investor presentations, results messaging, Q&A prep, and strategic briefing documents.
  • Support evaluation of strategic initiatives, including M&A opportunities, listing venue considerations, shareholder return pathways, and capital structure thinking.
  • Conduct market intelligence analysis on peers, commodity markets, and sector trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate and participate in site visits across West Africa and major financial centres.
  • Contribute to corporate positioning and narrative development around growth plans, operational performance, and long‑term value creation.
  • Work closely with the CFO, CEO, and senior leadership on financial storytelling and strategic communications.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant disclosure across all dual‑listed market requirements.



The Successful Applicant

The Senior Investor Relations Manager will;

  • Strong finance experience (preferably investment banking, equity research, or transaction-focused roles)
  • Experience in mining, natural resources, or mining‑related transactions, with solid understanding of mining finance and capital markets.
  • Skilled communicator comfortable engaging with institutional investors, analysts, and senior executives; able to produce high‑quality IR materials quickly.
  • Fast‑learning, self‑starting individual who thrives in a lean, entrepreneurial, non‑hierarchical environment and can ramp up rapidly.
  • Willing to travel up to 25%+ globally
  • French speaking a plus
