This role suits someone who is organised, works well under pressure and who is comfortable using their initiative.Experience managing individuals and projects would be an advantage (as you will take some management responsibilities for junior lawyers in this role).This firm is looking for someone with the ability to lead, provide a view, take responsibility and ownership of issues, including an ability to take difficult decisions and provide substantiated arguments.
