Job Description

  • Provide expert advice on employment tax matters, ensuring clients meet compliance requirements.
  • Manage and deliver a range of employment tax projects from start to finish.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Review and interpret tax legislation, offering practical solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Identify opportunities for additional client support and business growth.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Keep up to date with changes in employment tax regulations and industry trends.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Manager - Employment Taxes should have:

  • Strong expertise in employment taxes within the professional services industry.
  • A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • The ability to handle complex tax issues and provide clear advice.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
