Job Description

  • Implement integrated marketing strategies and campaigns across B2B sectors
  • Work alongside senior leadership to align marketing activity with client objectives
  • Present research, insights, and campaign strategies to clients and prospects
  • Monitor performance and produce campaign reporting with optimisation recommendations
  • Support strategic planning through research and analysis
  • Manage client relationships and act as a trusted marketing advisor

The Successful Applicant

A successful Marketing Manager should have:

  • Experience working within a marketing agency
  • Proven experience supporting or delivering successful B2B marketing campaigns
  • Experience working with SME clients and business owners
  • Strong understanding of the full marketing mix, including inbound marketing
  • HubSpot experience (highly desirable)
  • A results-driven approach with a focus on ROI and measurable outcomes
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and client management skills
