Job Description

  • Conduct technical due diligence and prepare detailed reports.
  • Oversee cladding assessments and related compliance work.
  • Deliver professional building surveying services to clients.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Provide expert advice on property-related matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain MRICS standards in all surveying activities.
  • Support business development by contributing to client proposals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior MRICS Building Surveyor should have:

  • MRICS qualification and proven expertise in building surveying.
  • Experience in project management and professional services.
  • Knowledge of technical due diligence and cladding assessments.
  • Strong communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within the property industry.
