Our client is an independently owned private property and construction consultancy based in the City of London and are led by industry recognised professionals. They are currently going through a period of strategic growth preferring to promote organically.

Job Description

  • Manage residential construction projects through each stage, maintaining clear plans, priorities and delivery milestones.
  • Act as Employer's Agent, coordinating project activity and helping all parties work to agreed requirements.
  • Oversee contract administration, ensuring project records, instructions and key documents are accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor project progress and address delivery issues early to keep work moving forward.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors and other project contacts to maintain clear communication.
  • Review project information and provide practical updates on progress, actions and next steps.
  • Manage changes during delivery, helping to maintain control of scope, programme and project requirements.
  • Support the successful handover of completed residential projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Senior Project Manager' should have:

  • Strong project management experience across residential projects ranging in value from £5mill - £70million
  • Practical experience of contract administration within construction.
  • Experience acting as an Employer's Agent.
  • The ability to manage project plans, milestones and delivery actions.
  • Confidence coordinating consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.
  • Clear written and verbal communication for project updates and documentation.
