Job Description

The Residential Real Estate Solicitor will be:

  • Managing residential development transactions from start to finish.
  • Advising developers, investors and public sector clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Supporting business development initiatives.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members.

The Successful Applicant

The Residential Real Estate Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 6+ years' PQE.
  • Experienced in residential development transactions.
  • Commercially minded with strong client management skills.
  • Comfortable supervising and developing junior lawyers.
