This position offers exposure to a broad and varied client portfolio, significant autonomy, and the chance to play a key role in the future growth of the regional practiceJob DescriptionAs a Senior Manager within the Transfer Pricing team, you will lead the delivery of advisory and compliance engagements for a diverse client base including privately owned businesses, high-growth companies, FTSE-listed organisations and international groups.Key responsibilities include:Providing technical transfer pricing advice across a broad range of sectorsManaging and developing long-term client relationshipsActing as the primary contact for clients and key stakeholdersDelivering transfer pricing documentation and advisory projectsManaging multi-jurisdictional engagements from initiation through to completionCollaborating with international tax, indirect tax and wider advisory teamsManaging project budgets, billing and engagement profitabilitySupporting tax authority enquiries and advance pricing agreement projectsCoaching, mentoring and developing junior team membersIdentifying and converting new business opportunitiesContributing to business development initiatives and market propositionsReporting project progress and key commercial considerations to senior leadershipThe Successful ApplicantTo be considered, you will possess:Extensive Transfer Pricing experience gained within practice or industryStrong technical expertise across transfer pricing compliance and advisory servicesExperience managing client relationships and leading complex projectsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsCommercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem-solvingA proven track record of developing and mentoring junior professionalsAn interest in business development and growing client relationshipsYou will ideally hold one of the following:CTA, ACA, ACCA or CA qualification; orDegree or postgraduate qualification in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law or a related disciplineWhat's on Offer£85,000 - £105,000 base salaryPerformance-related annual bonusPrivate medical insuranceCompetitive pension schemeLife assuranceFlexible benefits programmeHybrid and agile working arrangements25 days annual leave plus options to purchase additional holidayAccess to market-leading technical training and leadership development programmesClear progression pathway towards DirectorExposure to complex international projects and global client relationshipsModern Bristol city-centre office in Queen SquareAccess to a 600+ strong South West team supporting leading regional, national and international organisationsPeople are at the heart of Michael Page.
