Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsCompetitive day rate of up to £700 a day inside IR35Lead strategic reporting and governance across critical services.About Our ClientA company in the Financial Services industry located in London.Job DescriptionDesign, implement and continuously improve service governance frameworks.Define governance structures, reporting standards and escalation processes.Establish and maintain KPI, KRI and performance measurement frameworks.Define metric ownership, thresholds, targets and reporting methodologies.Develop executive dashboards, scorecards and management information packs.Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for senior stakeholders.Build and enhance reporting solutions using Power BI, ServiceNow and Excel.Analyse service performance data across incident, problem, change, capacity and availability management.Identify trends, risks, control weaknesses and service improvement opportunities.Facilitate governance forums, service reviews and performance meetings.Manage governance calendars, reporting cycles and action tracking.Support audit, risk, compliance and regulatory reporting requirements.Monitor remediation activities and provide progress reporting.Improve data quality, reporting consistency and governance effectiveness.Drive automation and efficiency across reporting and governance processes.Promote a data-driven culture and accountability across technology teams.The Successful ApplicantA successful Service Reporting & Governance Manager should have:Strong understanding of IT Service Management disciplines.Knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, Capacity and Service Level Management.Experience designing and implementing governance frameworks.Proven experience defining KPI, KRI and operational performance models.Advanced Power BI, Excel and data visualisation skills.Experience producing executive-level reporting and management information.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Experience within technology operations, service management or production support functions.Understanding of operational resilience, technology risk and control frameworks.Knowledge of audit, compliance and regulatory reporting requirements.Experience using ServiceNow and related reporting platforms.Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.ITIL Foundation or equivalent certification preferred.Degree or equivalent professional experience.Power BI, Risk, Governance or Operational Resilience certifications desirable.What's on OfferDaily rate between £650 and £770, dependent on the level of experience.Temporary contract role in London.If you're interested in this role, apply now.People are at the heart of Michael Page.
