About Our Client

The organisation is an international law firm with offices in Manchester. They are looking for a SHE Reg NQ/Associate to join their busy and expanding team. You will have exposure to the full range of regulatory investigations and prosecutions including Health & Safety, Food safety, Fire safety, Motor Prosecutions and Environmental crime.

Job Description

As a SHE Reg NQ/Associate your duties will include:

  • Provide advice and guidance on SHE (Safety, Health, and Environmental) regulations.
  • Draft and review documents and contracts related to regulatory compliance.
  • Support clients in navigating complex legal frameworks within the professional services industry.
  • Conduct legal research to ensure up-to-date understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality services.
  • Assist in the preparation and representation of clients in legal proceedings.
  • Maintain accurate and organised case files and documentation.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and knowledge sharing within the department.

The Successful Applicant
