Job Description

  • Supervise and lead a team to ensure smooth daily operations in the engineering and manufacturing department.
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure targets are met efficiently and on time.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the sire.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Train and develop team members to maintain high performance standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records of production and operational performance.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in manufacturing processes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety protocols within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
