Job Description

The role of Supply Chain Manager will be responsible:

  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee procurement processes, ensuring timely and accurate sourcing of materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to improve supply chain performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to reduce waste and optimise stock.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead and mentor the supply chain team to achieve effective operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Site Supply Chain Manager should have:

  • Experience in supply chain management within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to manage data and drive informed decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management.
  • Leadership skills to manage and develop a team effectively.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
