Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales objectives.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key retail partners.
  • Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
  • Ensure effective communication between stakeholders to drive success.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior National Account Manager (SNAM) should have:

  • Proven experience managing national accounts within beauty.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in analysing sales data and market trends.
  • Capability to develop and execute strategic plans effectively.
