Job Description

Content Creation & Execution

  • Plan and manage the social and digital content calendar across all key platforms.
  • Produce high‑quality photo and video content from concept to shoot, edit, and publish.
  • Maintain a consistent brand look, feel, and voice across channels.
  • Oversee full content production, including planning, posting, and performance tracking.



Creator & Influencer Management

  • Identify and manage creators and influencers aligned with the brand.
  • Coordinate product send-outs, briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Partner with creators to ensure authentic, high‑performing content.
  • Measure and report on the impact of influencer campaigns.



Community Building

  • Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and proactive community interactions.
  • Track trends and platform updates to keep content relevant.
  • Support campaigns that encourage community participation and UGC.



Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs and analyze content performance regularly.
  • Use insights to optimize posting strategies and creative formats.
  • Report on audience growth, engagement, and campaign outcomes.



The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years of experience managing social media accounts for a consumer brand
  • Proven content creation skills across photography, video, editing, copywriting
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Reels, Stories, and Shorts
  • Knowledge of Ecommerce, marketplace channels
  • Experience managing influencer or creator partnerships
  • Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
  • Creative, trend-savvy, and deeply familiar with digital culture
  • Strong project management and communication skills
