Job Description

  • Manage the onboarding process for new software clients, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Provide clear guidance and support to customers during the software setup phase.
  • Identify and address any challenges or concerns clients may encounter during onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Deliver training sessions to help clients understand and use the software effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress during the onboarding process.
  • Continuously improve onboarding processes based on customer feedback.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong and lasting relationships.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Software Onboarding Consultant should have:

  • A background in training, software/customer support or client support within the technology and telecoms industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
  • Technical aptitude to understand and explain software functionality.
  • Organisational skills to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
