Working closely with the founders and operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring materials, inventory and production planning processes support the next phase of growth.

Job Description

  • Managing purchasing and supplier relationships across both UK and international supply chains.
  • Placing and tracking purchase orders, managing lead times and ensuring continuity of supply.
  • Working closely with international suppliers, logistics providers and customs partners to coordinate imports and deliveries.
  • Taking ownership of stock accuracy, inventory management and warehouse replenishment processes.
  • Supporting production planning through effective demand forecasting and inventory analysis.
  • Identifying and implementing cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives across purchasing and operations.
  • Managing and optimising ERP and inventory management systems, with a focus on driving efficiencies through automation and process improvement.
  • Developing KPI reports, dashboards and performance metrics to provide meaningful business insights.
  • Presenting supply chain analysis and recommendations to senior leadership

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on supply chain professional who enjoys operating within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

You will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience within food manufacturing, FMCG or food operations.
  • Strong purchasing, inventory management and production planning expertise.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate directly with international suppliers.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities, including building models, reports and dashboards from scratch.
  • Experience using ERP, WMS or inventory management systems, ideally Cin7 Core or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control and supply chain best practice.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to take ownership and drive improvements



What's on Offer

  • Salary of £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.
  • 10% discretionary bonus linked to performance.
