Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsTalent Acquisition Adviser required for immediate startWork for a Public Sector organisation based in London - six month interim roleAbout Our ClientThis London-based public sector organisation provides an independent dispute resolution service, supporting fair and impartial outcomes for consumers and organisations across the UK.Job DescriptionManage end-to-end recruitment for both volume and specialist vacancies, from sourcing and screening through to offer and onboarding.Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Partner to understand hiring requirements, develop recruitment plans, and deliver successful hiring outcomes.Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates using a range of methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CV databases and networking.Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by acting as the main point of contact, maintaining regular communication and promoting the organisation as an employer of choice.Coordinate recruitment administration, including managing the applicant tracking system (Workday), scheduling interviews, maintaining accurate records and supporting onboarding.Promote diversity, equity and inclusion by implementing inclusive recruitment practices and supporting initiatives such as careers fairs, networking events and work experience programmes.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners, providing market insights, recruitment advice and regular hiring updates.Monitor recruitment performance and market trends, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, sharing best practice and continuously improving recruitment processes.The Successful ApplicantA successful Talent Acquisition Adviser should have:Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within the public sector or human resources.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and be familiar with Workday.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.What's on OfferCompetitive day rates: £265.90 per day (Umbrella) or £196.96 per day (PAYE).35-hour working week with a hybrid working pattern (2 days onsite per week).Opportunity to join a well-established London-based public sector organisation.If you're interested in this role, apply now.People are at the heart of Michael Page.
